Paul Salay


Paul brings vast experience in emerging and high-growth companies in the technology, research and information sectors. In his role as CEO he is responsible for overseeing Gladson’s strategic direction and market positioning, while delivering innovation for the future.

Salay joined Gladson in 2017 from Cision, where he led the alignment and growth of the sales, services and marketing departments while playing a lead role in company acquisitions. Prior to that he was president of Market Track, where he oversaw a significant period of growth and expansion of the organization, building the business into a marketplace leader and recognized industry standard for advertising tracking.

Isabel brings her vast experience in understanding the challenging information needs of manufacturers and retailers to Gladson, leading the company’s content production and product management teams. These groups form the core of Gladson’s unique data capture and output services, delivering Gladson’s industry-leading content offerings.

Prior to Gladson, Isabel spent 22 years at research giant ACNielsen where she oversaw a customer base of more than 500 small and medium-size companies. During that time, Isabel helped to restructure and modernize the data and report delivery process, including developing new products that were tailored to customer needs. Isabel’s background also includes helping to prepare customers for data synchronization efforts, including GDSN and supply chain initiatives.

Greg brings his understanding of customer needs for more complete product information, delivered quickly better engage with shoppers. During his nearly 20-year career at Gladson he has held many roles, most recently leading the Store Optimization Services team, ensuring that retailer shelf, floor and store solutions deliver maximum product sales, profitability and efficiency for Gladson customers. His current role also includes overseeing the Small Format (Convenience/Gas) sales teams and Pharmacy Design business.

Greg joined Gladson in 1997, after excelling in solving customer issues in sales and management roles for IT, marketing and services organizations.

Kevin Koontz, Vice President, Finance & Administration

Kevin joined Gladson in 2007 as controller, handling all internal and external financial reporting and day-to-day financial activities.

Prior to Gladson, Kevin’s career took him through progressively larger accounting roles, including worldwide financial reporting responsibility for a division of Interpublic Group, and then Vice President of Financial Reporting for the parent company.

Steve Swanson, Vice President, Segment Sales

Steve brings 25+ years’ experience in consumer package goods (CPG) marketing and promotion, understanding both manufacturer and retailer needs as well as the shopper journey. He joined Gladson in November 2014, responsible for leading sales teams across Manufacturers and Food, Drug, Mass Retailers (FDM).

Prior to Gladson, Steve gained management experience in sales, marketing and business development across a diverse range of companies in the CPG and marketing services industries, including ActMedia, Valassis, Time Inc. and JWT. Steve started his career at Procter & Gamble, moving in to senior roles in advertising, in-store marketing and shopper data mining / CRM solutions for grocery retailers.
