Store Design Made Easy

As a pharmacy owner you might think about a new look for your store or want
to find space for new technology, but where’s the time to deal with it?

The Gladson Store Design Group can do it for you - this is our area of expertise. We have all the resources on hand ready to make your remodeling a seamless and exciting process.  An experienced Gladson Store designer, perhaps Theresa Boston, will come out to your store location at a time convenient for you. Theresa will measure your store, take note of your inventory and review your geographic and demographic location.  Then Theresa will sit down with you and discuss your store.  What is the history of your store, what are your current needs and expectations?  This friendly chat will provide Theresa the final information she will need to take back to the studio and design your new store.

Once back at the studio Theresa will work with our staff of interior designers and merchandisers to develop a conceptual floor plan specific to your store incorporating your needs and wants.  Theresa and our staff will touchbase with you frequently during the design process to make revisions or additions based on your input and suggestions.  Gladson will work with you until you are completely satisfied. Roughly six to eight weeks later, after materials have all been ordered and received, the Gladson team of merchandisers and installers will coordinate the installation of your new store.  From construction to installation, we will take care of your needs and handle the time consuming and complicated elements of this process for you.

NCPA Annual Convention Oct. 7-11

The National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) will hold its 108th Annual Convention and Trade Exposition October 7-11, 2006 in Las Vegas.  The Gladson Store Design Group will be in attendance at Booth #526.

The Trade Expo (in Exhibit Hall D of the Venetian Hotel and Casino) will give the more than 3,000 pharmacists and business owners exposure to their industry’s marketplace.  Chances to talk with vendors, educational sessions, demonstrations and sources for revenue growth will be in abundance. 

The Gladson Store Design Group will be represented by key personnel at their exhibit – Ted Gladson (President Emeritus), Ed Lemar (Senior Vice President), Don Mayslak (Director, Design) and Greg Gates (Director, Image Merchandising Solutions).  They can talk with you about proven tactics to position your store for increased sales.  They’ll have examples of their design work that are directly linked to increased revenue for store owners.  Our Image Merchandising Solutions’ Director can show you how use of their merchandising tools will dramatically reduce out-of-stocks and labor costs in addition to making your stores more customer friendly.
