Time Crunch? Gladson is the Solution!

The Pepsi Category Management Team found themselves in a serious time crunch. They had a project that needed to be completed and delivered in just one week’s time. With little time and an enormous task at hand, they turned to Gladson for assistance.

Gladson was selected for this project based on our long history of success in the CPG industry along with internal references from Pepsi personnel. We looked at this task as an opportunity to demonstrate our overall skill and speed of operation. Pepsi asked us to put together eight life-sized posters. These 3’ x 7’ posters would represent the cooler displays we all see in convenience stores.  The posters would combine the current classic Pepsi product line with new and innovative products to come.

We collected the images already in Gladson’s large database and combined them with new product images. The combined images were sent to our Creative Services Department where Gladson’s team of specialists color corrected each product. Once this was finished, the products were sized to fit the posters. The posters were reviewed several times during the process to guarantee the finished project was consistent with Gladson’s high standards.

The posters were printed and shipped directly to the National Association of Convenient Stores (NACS) show in Las Vegas. Pepsi placed these life-size posters in a private meeting facility at the NACS show set up as displays consumers would potentially find in c-stores. These displays were a huge success and exactly what Pepsi was wanting.

In just one week’s time, Gladson was able to deliver the posters and help create a fantastic visual selling tool for Pepsi.
