Theresa Cutlan Senior Designer

Theresa Cutlan came to Gladson in 1999 bringing with her advanced knowledge in the retail market and store design process. Theresa guides the design team's projects, from consulting with architects, contractors and sub-contractors to developing pricing, approving all orders, drawings and sales agreements and assisting field supervisors on projects. Combining her extensive visual design experience and innovative ideas, Theresa produces concepts that improves store layouts, boosts employee morale, and most importantly, exceeds customers' expectations.

Before joining Gladson, Theresa worked for a structural engineer. She has a bachelor of fine arts degree in Interior Architecture and a minor in Gerontology from Northern Illinois University. Theresa is a professional member of the Retail Design Institute.

Bob Mayslak Store Planning Consultant

Bob joined Gladson in 1999 bringing with him six years of merchandising experience.  His widespread knowledge in store design plays an integral role in helping clients meet their strategic and operational store goals. Bob enjoys attending workshops and classes on the various aspects of merchandising, and has assisted in the development of many industry articles and has conducted several seminars and classes on effective merchandising and design.

Previously, Bob was a Co-manager for national grocery/drug store chain where he was responsible for weekly store resets as well as the development of promotional goods displays.

Krystal Morley Retail Design Consultant

Krystal Morley joined Gladson in 2006 bringing with her an impressive understanding of key design concepts.  Krystal is involved in many different phases of the design process, from assisting in pricing proposal for clients to writing specifications for ordering display equipment, developing creative floor plans and meeting with vendors to assist in researching new interior design and display products. 

Prior to Gladson, Krystal worked for Wolverine Interiors where she was responsible for preparing shop drawings for manufacturers, proposing architectural designs and creating 3D renderings.

Krystal received her bachelor of applied arts from Central Michigan University with a focus on interior design. She is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
